Havana Concept

1. Orders

All orders placed on HavanaConcept.com are processed after payment confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email including order details, processing updates, and shipping information.

Orders may require additional verification if billing or shipping information cannot be confirmed. Havana Concept reserves the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be verified or fulfilled.


2. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

For custom-made or cut-to-order fabric products, availability may depend on production schedules rather than stock levels.


3. Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal delays

Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Havana Concept is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded until they are returned to us, and return shipping fees may be deducted.


4. Payment

We accept secure payments through:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Bank transfer / EFT

All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment systems.
Prices on HavanaConcept.com may be displayed in multiple currencies, but your payment will be processed in the currency shown at checkout.


5. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

Non-returnable items

  • Cut-to-order fabrics (solid or printed)

  • Customized products

  • Personalized items

  • Trim accessories (pom pom, tassel, etc.)

Refund Deductions

For non-defective returns:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • 5% restocking fee
    will be deducted from the refund.

If the product is defective, return shipping costs are covered by Havana Concept and no restocking fee applies.
