Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.
If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Please contact us at hello@havanaconcept.com before sending your return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted for all defective or damaged products.
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos sent to hello@havanaconcept.com.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products and custom production processes, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or made-to-order items (pillows, curtains, tablecloths, table runners, and custom fabric orders)

All cut-to-order fabrics (solid or printed)

Accessories that are cut per order (e.g., pom pom trims, tassel trims)
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition

Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Restocking Fee
For all non-defective domestic and international returns, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers quality control, handling, and processing costs associated with returned items while helping us maintain worldwide return options.
Defective product returns are not subject to the restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company — refunds may take additional time to post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@havanaconcept.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to:

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted depending on your shipping method.
For non-defective returns, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
